- Logistics, warehousing and distribution providers

Given the nature of the sector, the Group primarily procures from established and regulated suppliers.

Due Diligence and Supplier Management

- Supplier onboarding and verification processes
- Procurement through approved supplier lists
- Ongoing supplier relationship management
Many of the Group’s key suppliers are regulated entities and subject to external oversight, which further supports compliance.
Risk Assessment

- The regulated nature of pharmaceutical supply chains
- Procurement from licensed and established suppliers
- A primary geographic focus in the UK and Ireland
Potential risks may arise in indirect supply chains (such as logistics or outsourced services), and the Group will continue to monitor and review these areas.

- Internal governance and compliance processes
- Monitoring of any reported concerns
As at the date of this statement, the Group is not aware of any instances of modern slavery or human trafficking within its operations or direct supply chains during the reporting period.
