We offer a wide range of delivery options to suit your needs, you can view the available delivery options when placing your order online within our e-pharmacy.

Please note deliveries from Healthxchange cannot be left unattended as standard, please see further details below if you may not be in to accept your delivery.

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £500 (excluding VAT) on the following delivery services:




Track my order – DPD Courier

When placing your order, please provide your preferred mobile number and email address to receive updates and notifications regarding your delivery.

You can also check your order history within e-pharmacy to view tracking information.

Tips from DPD for maximising your delivery experience

• For Healthxchange E-pharmacy orders, please provide your mobile number and email for notifications.

• Direct-to-patient orders? Consider adding their contact information for notifications.

• Download the DPD App for real-time order tracking, delivery estimates, and driver details from the App Store or Google Play.

Adding Delivery Notes and Delivery Preferences

• You can add a delivery note within the DPD app or DPD tracking website to help the driver find your property e.g. specify the floor, door code or gate access.

• Not going to be in? You can select a preferred neighbour to leave your parcel with or select a Leave Safe place such as a secure porch or reception area.

• You can save your preferences to apply to all future orders, saving you time entering this with each order.

Cold Chain Orders

Orders containing cold chain products received after 4pm on Thursday, will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Deliveries to business and residential addresses

• Your name will be taken and input into the signature field, a photo will be taken upon delivery.

• If no one answers door – you will receive a delivery notification card and/or email/text notification in the normal manner and the parcel will be returned to the courier warehouse.

For parcels that have instructions to leave in a safe place – left via the DPD app or tracking website

• The courier will leave your parcel in a safe place.

• Put a card through the door stating where parcel left.

• Take a photograph showing the parcel and surrounding environment to identify location.
