Collection: Neauvia

Neauvia is the hyaluronic acid range from Matex Lab, cross-linked with PEG. The manufacturer states this produces a gel with a different degradation profile from BDDE cross-linking.

Healthxchange supplies the Neauvia range to verified healthcare professionals in the UK and Ireland, with full batch traceability and no parallel imports.

Frequently asked questions

Clinical and supply questions, answered for practitioners.

Is Healthxchange an authorised Neauvia supplier in the UK?

Yes. Stock is sourced through the authorised channel with batch traceability on every syringe.

Who can open an account?

Verified UK healthcare professionals. Registration requires proof of professional registration and, where relevant, evidence of appropriate training.

Where do I find guidance on the Intense presentations and Stimulate?

Intended purposes, technique and contraindications are set out in the manufacturer’s instructions for use. Trade pricing is shown after login.

Is Neauvia Stimulate a filler or a biostimulator?

Matex Lab describes Stimulate as combining hyaluronic acid with calcium hydroxyapatite. Intended purpose and technique are set out in the instructions for use.

How do I confirm the product I dispense is genuine?

Order through an authorised distributor and keep your batch records. Product supplied by Healthxchange carries a traceable batch number and UK distributor details on the packaging.

Is training available?

Yes. CPD-accredited training is available through the Healthxchange Academy.

How does PEG cross-linking differ from BDDE?

BDDE is the cross-linker used in most HA fillers. Matex Lab uses polyethylene glycol instead, and states this yields a more homogeneous gel with a lower degree of chemical modification. The clinical significance is still debated in the literature, so it is reasonable to present it to patients as a formulation difference rather than a proven advantage.

Can Neauvia Stimulate be dissolved with hyaluronidase?

Hyaluronidase will act on the hyaluronic acid component only. The calcium hydroxyapatite is not reversible with hyaluronidase. This is an important consent point and a reason to be conservative with placement.

What is the difference between Intense, Intense LV and Intense Rheology?

They differ in gel rheology and intended tissue plane rather than forming a simple strength sequence. LV is oriented to larger-volume correction; Rheology and FLUX have handling characteristics suited to particular injection techniques. Request the manufacturer's rheological data through your account if you want the underlying figures.

Is Neauvia suitable for practitioners new to biostimulators?

Stimulate behaves differently from a straightforward HA filler and the CaHA component is not reversible. If you have not worked with biostimulators before, complete training first. The Academy runs sessions covering assessment, placement and managing the delayed response.
