What is required to order Alluzience?

A valid prescription from a UK-registered prescriber for each order, in addition to the standard account verification applied to every trade customer.

Who can open a prescriber account?

Registered prescribers only. Botulinum toxin is a Prescription Only Medicine. Accounts require proof of professional registration and prescribing status.

How does Alluzience differ from Azzalure and Relfydess?

All three are Galderma neuromodulators. Alluzience is a ready-to-use liquid formulation that requires no reconstitution. Azzalure is supplied as a powder. Relfydess is also a ready-to-use liquid but contains a different molecule (relabotulinumtoxinA). Each product has its own unit system and units are not interchangeable. Full prescribing details are in the respective Summaries of Product Characteristics.

How is Alluzience stored and shipped?

Alluzience is shipped cold-chain to keep it at 2°C to 8°C, so please refrigerate it as soon as it arrives. Store it at 2°C to 8°C and keep vials in the outer carton to protect from light. Never freeze Alluzience. Unopened vials may be held at up to 25°C for a single period of up to 12 hours, but should be discarded if not used within that time. Once opened, use immediately.
