Performance Marketing Executive

Location: London, 3 days in the Office, 2 days WFH

Reporting to: Performance Marketer

The Role
Due to increasing demands on the digital department, we’re looking for a motivated and passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join our exciting marketing team. Offering best in class SEO, PPC, Affiliates, lead generation and paid social media management within the B2B and B2C space, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team. The right candidate will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge across the full digital marketing mix. A varied role, this job will suit a digital marketer that has experience of delivering elements of digital marketing campaigns but would like to develop their understanding further to cover strategy, data analysis, and digital delivery.

Responsibilities

• Optimise ongoing campaigns across both B2B & B2C
• Monitor campaign performance and assist in generating reports to analyse
effectiveness against KPIs.
• Assist with weekly and monthly reports to be circulated to wider business
• Identify areas of growth within the accounts with support from the Performance
Marketing Manager
• Manage spends in line with set annual forecasts.
• Optimise paid accounts across META & LinkedIn
• A/B test creative and report on learnings to wider marketing team
• Execute promotional campaigns during sale periods
• Manage spends in line with set annual forecasts.
• Support other digital channels where necessary/required

About You
Essential
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Desirable
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and/or META Ads Manager,
however training can be provided if required.
• Previous experience working within the B2B vertical.
