The role of Marketing Executive at Healthxchange is to support Marketing Product Managers and Head of Marketing on implementing marketing strategy and providing administrative and operational marketing support to our customers.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Product Managers and Head of Marketing

• Organise and prepare marketing collaterals to promote products offline (exhibition booths at trade shows, conferences, networking dinners/parties) and online (webinars) to reach company objectives (brand awareness, lead generation)

• Work with our in-house designer to create consistent content adapted for various marketing collaterals such as print (brochures, magazines), radio, events, influencer, storyboards, scripts, videos, images, blogs, newsletters, e shots/emails, press releases, websites etc that effectively raise awareness of and increase the demand for the products you represent

• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and collaterals

• Working on acceptable timescales and budgets, whilst maintaining high accuracy and excellent outputs

• Compiling post-marketing surveillance on marketing effectiveness and results through various methods and tools such as Google Analytics and SalesForce.

• Keep up with the latest trends in marketing, technology and products and synthesising relevant actionable insights for campaigns

• Carry out ad-hoc projects as requested

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Graduate with 1-3 years marketing experience (preferably)

• Strong team player and ability to work with remote teams

• Positive can-do attitude

• Creative self-starter

• Able to meet deadlines and prioritise

• Excellent analytical skills

• Organised, detail oriented and accurate

• Strong interpersonal and numeracy skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
