Dispatch & Order Processing Assistant
An exciting permanent opportunity exists to join our small but developing team in our stunning offices located in Dublin 12. As part of a bigger privately-owned medical group we serve a discerning medical client base across Ireland and Europe.
If you have some work experience in a customer service or retail environment, are a team player who once trained can be trusted to get on with the job then this could be for you. Along with great communication and interpersonal skills you will have a positive, honest and open approach. Able to act with integrity you will adhere to company policies & procedures, apply good planning and organisational skills and deliver excellent customer service with high attention to detail.
- Training on the job provided
- Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential; knowledge of Intact IQ an advantage.

- Calmount Business Park, Ballymount, Dublin 12
- (40 hours/week) Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Purpose:
To work alongside and assist the team in processing and dispatching orders, carrying out activities that lead to increased sales and maximise business opportunities and providing the best customer service experience
Responsibilities & Duties:
Order processing:
- Inputting; recording and filing sales (order) information
- Production of dispatch documentation and customer invoices
- Picking and preparation of dispatched products for distribution
- Maintain supporting administration
- Ensure orders comply with all relevant regulations such as HPRA
General Support: Assist designated field-based sales & clinical colleagues and external partners as required
Customer support: deliver excellent service; answer queries face to face and by telephone and email
Event Management: assist in venue preparation and clearing down for Academy training events
Ad hoc: carry out ad hoc duties as requested
