Healthxchange Group Covid-19 Update

We hope that you, your colleagues, family and community are and stay well during these challenging times as we all work together to mitigate the spread of Covid-19. We have been busy putting in place measures to safeguard our teams whilst protecting our service to you. Here is what has happened:

Working Remotely & Distancing
Office based staff who have the ability to work remotely are already doing so. Hopefully you will not even notice these changes. Telephone calls will divert automatically.

Pharmacy teams are adopting a split-shift system.

Visitors to the pharmacies are respectively asked to have their goods delivered rather than collect them to minimise contact.

Service Interruption
We are fortunate to have multiple locations all capable of delivering products to you and your patient’s door so are confident of maintaining a good service for you.

Deliveries – we will need to relax our Next Working Day guarantee as the pharmacy teams move to new split shift working. Please allow 1-2 working days for your products to arrive.

NEW: we have launched a new direct-to-patient service for topical products, such as Obagi. Our direct-to-patient will now be charged at £5

P2P - we have regretfully suspended our P2P by 9AM service.

Telephone - we have reduced our telephone service. To order, please email orders@healthxchange.com or the live chat option on our website.

Supplies
we are in regular communication with our key suppliers and are doing all we can to secure sufficient stock to meet your needs. With the exception of some Covid19 related products such as sanitisers, wipes etc we do not anticipate any difficulty in supply. We will update the e-pharmacy with stock of those items as and when it arrives and will instigate quantity restrictions to ensure everyone can get what they need where necessary.

Business Travel & Meetings
We have stopped all business travel and client meetings. Client meetings are being carried out remotely.

Academies & Training
All workshops have been postponed for the time being as we speed up the development of digital alternatives.
