A great opportunity for a professional with a few years of integrated marketing experience under your belt. We’re looking for a positive, can-do creative and analytical well-rounded self-starter who works well under pressure and tight deadlines while keeping an eye for details. You will live, eat, breath integrated marketing (offline and digital) and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.


To increase sales and awareness of key products through successful marketing campaigns, monitoring and refining the results and reporting back on marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop integrated online and traditional campaign plans, outlining the requirements, objectives and aligning those with the overall marketing strategy
  • Run growth experiments to collect and analyse data in order to lower cost of acquisition (COA) while increasing customer long-term value (CLV)
  • Craft compelling brand communications delivering key messages through storytelling to position products competitively and increase engagement and loyalty with target audience
  • Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, all levels internally as well as with external stakeholders to align everyone on the same page
  • Working on acceptable timescales and budgets, whilst maintaining high accuracy and excellent outputs
  • Post-marketing surveillance on marketing effectiveness and results through various methods and tools such as Google Analytics and SalesForce; writing reports, monitoring and chasing work, analysing, interpreting, presenting and optimising results for re-targeting campaigns
  • Constantly generate innovative and creative ideas to drive growth in sales of the products
  • Keep up with the latest trends in marketing, technology and products and synthesising relevant actionable insights for campaigns
  • Build relationships with industry media and influencers ensure consistent coverage for SEO
  • Organise and prepare marketing collaterals to promote products offline (exhibition booths at trade shows, conferences, networking dinners/parties) and online (webinars) to reach company objectives (brand awareness, lead generation)
  • Delivering presentations internally and externally on marketing campaigns and for the products under your remit
  • Delivering campaigns through various channels such as websites, social media, e-shots/email marketing, SEO, PPC, events, PR, partnerships, print, influencers and promotions in-house or through use of agency
  • Working with graphic designers and other stakeholders to brief and deliver campaign assets
  • Map out customer user journey, targeting relevant content in each stage of the marketing funnel to create hype and awareness, build community, generate leads and sales conversion.
  • Produce consistent content adapted for various marketing collaterals such as print (brochures, magazines), radio, events, influencer, storyboards, scripts, videos, images, blogs, newsletters, e shots/emails, press releases, websites etc that effectively raise awareness of and increase the demand for the products you represent
  • Identify the target market/profile for the products through market segmentation, analytics and research
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and collaterals
  • Identify the best channels to market and ensure these are cost-effectively utilised to deliver the core message/s
  • Carry out ad-hoc projects as requested

Skills and Qualifications Required


  • Graduate calibre with 3 years marketing communications experience
  • Google Analytics/Adwords certificate - preferred
