Introduction and Introduction Extension courses are half day, run in the morning. The Intermediate Course is a full day course, with the Intermediate Extension Course being half day, run in the morning. The Advanced Courses are full day. Workshops are FREE, with refreshments provided (lunch provided on full day advanced course only). Non-attendance or cancellation of confirmed workshop reservations will incur a £50; cancellation fee, per delegate, per workshop, at the discretion of the Healthxchange Pharmacy

Workshop Option 1 - Introduction with Shannon Lister
Delegates: Healthcare professionals only or by invitation
Knowledge: Little or no knowledge & experience
Objectives: By the end of the session the delegate will be:
- able to confidently consult including skin typing and prescribe Obagi Nu-Derm, Vit-C, Elastiderm
- aware of the full Obagi range of products and their applications
- aware of the ROI potential by using Obagi

Workshop Option 1 - Introduction Extension Module - Building Your Business with Obagi
Run concurrently with workshop 1
Delegates: front office and support staff
Knowledge: Little or no knowledge & experience
Objectives: By the end of the session the delegate will:
- know where Obagi fits in their practice
- the ROI within their practice
- the FAQ by patients
- points of contact
Min - Max delegates: 5 - 30
Duration: half day
Workshop Option 2 - Intermediate with Shannon Lister
Delegates: Healthcare professionals only or by invitation
Knowledge: Attended Introductory Workshop and has some experience
Objectives: By the end of the session the delegate will be:
- be confident to consult and prescribe the primary Obagi range
- have seen a Blue Peel demonstration
- practised Blue Peel techniques (dummy face)
- know how to increase the ROI potential in combination therapies
- be aware of best practice tips for clinic management
Max delegates: 15
Duration: full day
Workshop Option 2 - Intermediate Extension Module - Building Your Business with Obagi
Run concurrently with workshop 2
Delegates: front office and support staff
Knowledge: Attended Introductory Session more than 6 months ago and has some experience
Objectives: By the end of the session the delegate will be:
- know how to expand on the Obagi fit within their practice
- know how to increase the ROI within their practice
- have in-depth knowledge of the FAQ asked by patients
- be aware of the 3 C’s
- be aware of best practice tips for clinic management
Max delegates: 15
Duration: half day
Workshop Option 3 - Advanced with Dr Fred Coville
Delegates: Physicians (may be accompanied by assistant) or by invitation only
Knowledge: Attended Introductory Workshop and Intermediate Session (or pre 2010 tng) and conducted more than 3 Blue Peels
Objectives: By the end of the session the delegate will be:
- share their own patient experiences
- increased their knowledge of treating difficult skin conditions
- increased their knowledge of Blue Peel techniques
- personalised ROI
- seen a designer Blue Peel
