Non-Prescription Orders

Acceptance of an order constitutes a contract between us, Pharma-e Limited, and you, the client/nominated recipient. Accepted orders are subject to the terms and conditions below. We will be deemed to have accepted your order when either the goods have been delivered or we have given you an acknowledgement in writing. You will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions by placing an order. The sale will be governed by the laws of Guernsey. Where the consignment value exceeds £18.00 import VAT is applicable to all goods dispatched from Guernsey being sent to the UK.

Private Prescriptions

Goods supplied on a private prescription to patients in the UK either directly or to an appointed agent, will be dispensed within the UK. Prescriptions can be received by fax providing the actual prescription is sent in the post within 48 hours. If, for what ever reason, we do not receive the original, VAT will be applied to the goods. Prescriptions must contain the genuine signature of a qualified and registered physician. All goods supplied against a prescription are for the personal use of the named patient and are supplied on condition they are not for re-sale. The majority of goods will be dispensed in the UK and supplied at the point of destination via a home delivery service to the name and address nominated by the patient. Some goods may be dispensed and supplied in Guernsey for the patient to import.

Payment

Goods are to be paid for in advance. Credit terms may be available by opening an account. Payment by BACS and cheques are preferred. We accept most major credit and debit cards (except Amex). We reserve the right to levy a charge of 1.5% against credit/debit card payments. Please make cheques payable to 'Pharma-e Ltd'. Goods remain the property of Pharma-e Limited until payment has been made in full. Payment is normally made in £sterling however we are able to accept Euros by arrangement.

If you are appointed as the nominated person to receive medication by the patient then payment can also be made on their behalf for you to then recover directly from the patient. Should we not receive payment for goods delivered as per these terms and conditions the nominated recipient of the goods will be held liable for the value of the goods plus VAT.

Price

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Where VAT is applicable we may charge this separately. We are dedicated to keeping prices competitive in the aesthetic and integrative market. If you find any genuine product at a lower price from another UK pharmacy within 2 weeks of buying from us, we promise to match that price or offer a full refund on return of any unused goods! We endeavour to maintain a consistent and low pricing policy. We are however obliged to point out that prices may vary without notice.

Accounts

To open an account simply request and complete an application form with details of 2 trade account referees. The application form can be downloaded from our website at www.healthxchange.com or by telephoning +44 1481 736837. All accounts are pay in advance. Terms may be requested after 3 months trading, credit criteria applies. Maximum credit terms are strictly 30 days nett unless otherwise specified. Invoices are sent at the time of the goods despatch. Pharma-e Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on unpaid invoices at the rate of 5% per month after the agreed credit period has lapsed. Any costs incurred in the recovery of unpaid invoices will be charged to the customer. Please note the comments above re payment by nominated recipients.

Delivery

We strive to despatch goods on the same day if ordered before 12 noon and within 24 hours of order for others. All orders are normally shipped via Royal Mail Special delivery unless otherwise specified. A nominal charge is applied for carriage depending on the contents: Level A -Obagi Medical Products - £15; Level B - Aesthetic goods & Dysport =£10; Level D - Dysport only =£4.98; Level G - Integrative Medication at cost. Couriers are charged at cost.

Although we use Royal Mail Special delivery which guarantees next working day delivery by 1pm it is best to allow 2-3 working days following the day of despatch for delivery. You will be supplied with a tracking number to enable you to check the progress of your delivery.

On extremely rare occasions we may not have your requested item in stock. We will give you our best information of the expected availability. You may then cancel the item from the order or have it sent, without Royal Mail carriage charge, as soon as it is available. All goods for which we are responsible during transit are insured by us. Assistance is available regarding insurance for patients importing medication personally.

Satisfaction & Returns

We want you to be satisfied that you have received the correct goods in a suitable condition for their use. We check orders at least 3 times during processing, however in the unlikely event of your order arriving incomplete or incorrect please notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange a remedy. Should your package appear damaged please open it whilst the courier is still present, do not accept the package if the contents have been affected. All damaged/faulty goods must be returned with their original packaging and delivery paperwork. Please retain proof of posting.

We cannot accept returns of unwanted items.

Privacy

Yours and your patients' personal details remain confidential however information regarding generic order history may be shared with the relevant manufacturer. Should you wish all details to remain confidential please email the Managing Director stating your requirement c/o: orders@healthxchange.com. We never pass on credit card details or your information to 3rd parties for marketing purposes.
