How do I order?

How do I track the delivery of my goods?

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for most UK deliveries and Fedex for Ireland and Europe. However, if requested your products can be sent via the courier of your choice. You will be given a tracking number for your order which you can enter to the website of the carrier used:

Royal Mail

A charge of £4.98 for Dysport only, £10 for Aesthetic goods and £15 for Obagi will apply.

Fedex

Carriage will be charged at cost for all couriers used.

What if I find the same products cheaper?

Our ability to buy competitively priced products means we keep our prices keen so saving you costs. If we cannot beat the price you currently buy at we will say so - we are confident you will not be disappointed!

If you have already bought products from us and find the same products at a lower price within 10 days of ordering from us simply contact us with proof of purchase and we will match that price.

What if the goods get damaged en-route?

If your goods are damaged on arrival please telephone our Customer Service line on +44 (0) 1481 736837. Your complaint will be recorded and we will explain what to do next. The goods should be returned immediately and replacements will be sent.

What if there is a problem with the product?

Do you offer training on the products you stock?

Although we do not offer training ourselves we may be able to put you in touch with someone that does. Many of our suppliers offer professional training and will be happy to help.

What are your payment terms?

Until you have an account with terms, payment is required prior to despatch. Once an account has been established our payment terms are within 30 days. Prompt payment helps us to maintain our low prices for you. Your help is much appreciated.

How can I be sure of the quality of the products you supply?

We want you to be able to rely on us and the products we supply. Our UK registered pharmacists carefully selects the products on offer. Our preference is for quality branded goods with full manufacturer support.
